Fireworkers is the name of our Sunday school, which meets every Sunday at 10:30 am during school term time in the Church initially, and thereafter in our local community centre.

We are open to all nursery and primary children regardless of their family’s church connection. We aim to teach stories from the Holy Bible through games, drama and crafts and sometimes we manage to do some singing too!  We have over 40 children on our books with more than 30 attending church regularly.

As well as our weekly programme we arrange other special events, such as the Christmas party, Easter Egg hunt and visiting the elderly.

We have a committed and enthusiastic team of leaders, the children are friendly and enthusiastic and new members are always very warmly welcomed. Worth noting our leaders are Enhanced Disclosure Scotland checked and recognised as Childcare Childrens Workers for The Church of Scotland
